Function	Nourishes liver and kidney, strengthens muscle and joints, and calms restless fetus. This is an important herb for liver and kidney deficiency and relieves soreness of lower back and knees. It can also reduce cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
Clinic Usage	For soreness in the lower back and knees, urinary incontinence, excessive dampness and itching in the private area, restless fetus and high blood pressure.
Cautions	This herb has warming and nourishing properties. Use with caution in cases of yin deficiency with strong fire signs.
